Refunds & Replacements

 

Refunds
You may be eligible for a full refund in either of the following cases:
1 - If the item you received does not match the description on our website (i.e wrong colour, wrong product, etc.),
2 -  Your order took longer than 30 business days (U.S customers) or 40 Business Days (other locations) from the date of shipment to arrive.
To apply for a refund you must contact support@pulse8watch.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

Note: FREE + Shipping sales are final and non-refundable. In the case where a free product arrives damaged, a replacement may be re-sent.

Replacements
If an item arrives damaged we will send out a new one free of charge. In the case that item is no longer in stock, we will give you a full refund. You must contact support within 14 days of receiving your damaged item to be eligible for a replacement.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS


Note:
All approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours on our end, however, additional processing times may apply and are entirely dependent on your financial institution. Refunds will always be made back to your original method of payment, without exception.
