1. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. We also accept Paypal through their secure checkout system.
2. Is my credit card and personal information safe at checkout?
Most definitely! Our Payment Gateway Systems are powered by Stripe and are fully secured and encrypted with the latest SSL encryption technology to keep all your credit card information in the hands of one person and one person only, yourself. For even extra safety we have added the state-of-the-art McAfee antivirus scanner which regularly scans our website for viruses or any unlawful connections. So yes, we are fully protected to ensure your shopping experience is 100% comfortable and worry-free.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Generally, orders are delivered within 10 to 20 business days. However due to the nature of postage we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered within this timeframe. Different countries have varying customs procedures so some delays may occur depending on where you're from.
Please note that peak seasons such as Christmas and New Year's may result in larger delays. Please allow for extra time during these periods.

4. Will I need to pay duties on imported items?
Generally you won't be charged import duties on your items. However, there are some instances in which import taxes are charged and this is completely out of our control. Please check with your local government about taxes charged for products imported if you are concerned about unexpected importation fees.
5. Will the watch fit me?
All our watches come with a band length specification on the product page.
Size yourself up:
Measure the circumference of your wrist with a tape measure and confirm that it fits within the size range provided on the page.
Our watches generally fit average-sized men, but length varies from watch to watch so please keep note of your wrist size to be sure it will be the perfect fit for you.
If by any chance the watch arrives and doesn't fit, you may return it for a full refund of the price you paid.
6. My watch isn't working, what do I do?
Before anything else, please check that the watch isn't an Automatic piece.
If it is, refer to our Maintenance page for instructions on how to wind it properly without causing damage. If it still doesn't work please contact us describing what is wrong with it.
If it's a Quartz movement piece, the battery may be drained. Please replace the old battery with a new one of the same kind.
If you suspect it may be a major malfunction please contact us right away. If we can confirm it is in fact damaged, you may receive a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
7. Do you run giveaways?
Yes! We run a monthly Instagram giveaway of our products.
For a chance to win, simply:

8. Is there any particular way I should maintain my watch?
Yes, we have a few instructions on how to best look after your watch on our Maintenance page.
10 to 20 Business Days (U.S.)
US, UK, AUS, CAN customers will be provided with a tracking number via email once their item has been shipped. This number may take 5 to 10 days to become active and Pulse8 will not be held responsible for any tracking issues that may arise.
